- Pure Play Recruiters who are passionate about recruiting and are interested to work on tech, ops or banking

Strong Sourcing capability/evangelism
- Adept with Job boards & Social Media Recruiting
- Ability to front end hiring managers
- Basic understanding of Market Talent landscape & the passion to learn more
- Basic XLS and data interpretation knowledge
