Location: Kolkata (Noida, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Nagpur, Pune)

Job Summary:
Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of our children's entertainment centers across multiple malls in various cities. This role requires extensive travel, approximately 50% of the time, to coordinate operations and ensure consistent service delivery across all locations like Noida, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Nagpur, Pune, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:

- Ensure efficient and seamless operations at all Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment centers.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

2. Store Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between the stores and the corporate office, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular visits to the stores in Noida, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Nagpur, and Pune to assess performance and address any operational challenges.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to store managers and staff to ensure adherence to company standards.

3. Staff Management:

- Collaborate with store managers to ensure adequate staffing levels and appropriate resource allocation.
- Participate in the recruitment and training processes for new store employees.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and development.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards across all stores.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for customers and employees.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Collect and analyze operational data from various stores to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on store performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time, to visit stores in different cities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
