**Job Title**: IT Recruiter - US Market (Full-Time, On-Site)
**Location**: Pune (On-Site)
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years
**Work Timings**: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

We are seeking a proactive and driven **IT Recruiter** to join our team **on-site in Pune**, focusing on sourcing and recruiting top-tier IT professionals for the **US market**. In this full-time position, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Research and explore new sourcing avenues to build a strong talent pipeline for US-based IT roles.
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and strategic sourcing plans.
- Support senior recruiters with various administrative and recruitment-related tasks.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to the optimization of hiring processes.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally for the US market.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and US hiring practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work **night shifts** aligning with US business hours.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
