Process: US Voice - Customer Service (Restaurant Order Taking)

**Job** **Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Handle incoming calls from US customers placing food orders.

Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the system.

Ensure high-quality customer experience by addressing customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Should follow Customer-centric approach.

Meet performance metrics including call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve processes and performance.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based customer service (preferably in the BPO industry).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

Comfortable working in US night shifts. Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000/month (based on experience and performance)

**Work Schedule**:
Shift Timings: 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
