**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects, including requirement gathering, architecture design, and solution delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions delivered.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with at least 5 years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Expertise in CRM and expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related modules is Plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs) and data migration strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative customization.
- **Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
