Title - Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngineerType - ContractLocation - RemoteKey Responsibilities:Build and manage automated, multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation StudioDevelop custom AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic email content and automationManage data extensions, segmentation, and subscriber journeysIntegrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIsMonitor campaign performance and ensure email deliverability best practicesCollaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate business goals into technical solutionsQualifications:3–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing CloudProficient in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript (SSJS)Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating Salesforce CRMStrong understanding of marketing automation, dynamic content, and customer journey optimizationCritical Duties:▪ Leverage Marketing Cloud studios such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder and JourneyBuilder▪ Create complex Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns▪ Create and maintain automations, data extensions, and connector data transfer processes in Marketing Cloud▪ Integrate Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud platform▪ Develop data-driven marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing CloudEssential Duties (other duties may be assigned):▪ Responsible for collaborating with development team to design, develop, and deliver custom Salesforce applications in aScrum environment▪ Responsible for developing in Apex, Lighting, and Visualforce to build solutions that support business requirements▪ Lead technical design sessions and writing technical documents▪ Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as required leveraging varying API technologies(REST/SOAP)▪ Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit andsystems), and iterative refinement▪ Responsible for collaborating with business and development team to design, develop, and deliver custom Marketing Cloudsolutions in a Scrum environment▪ Perform activities such as audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation and arbitration▪ Gather and confirm data specifications associated to campaigns▪ Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance across multiple marketing channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Email,Telesales, etc)▪ Communicate status within agile team regarding task status and impediments▪ Multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven, sometimes unpredictable—but always fun and engagingenvironment
