**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Salesforce CRM and related cloud solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct client needs assessments and present customized Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product updates, trends, and industry developments.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce or CRM solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Salesforce Certifications such as**:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise-level organizations.
- Understanding of implementation processes and integration capabilities.
