**Surveillance and Monitoring**: Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor all areas of the Resto Bar, including entrances, exits, dining areas, and parking lots, to identify any suspicious activity or potential security threats.
- **Crowd Control**: Effectively manage crowd flow during peak hours, special events, or in case of emergencies to prevent overcrowding and maintain a safe environment.
- **ID Verification**: Enforce age restrictions by verifying the identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and prevent underage drinking.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Respond promptly and professionally to any disputes, disturbances, or altercations that may arise among patrons or staff members, using de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills to defuse tense situations.
- **Emergency Response**: Act swiftly and decisively in the event of emergencies such as fights, medical incidents, or evacuations, following established protocols and coordinating with local authorities if necessary.
- **Patron Assistance**: Provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed, including directing them to facilities, assisting with transportation arrangements, or addressing any concerns they may have regarding their safety or experience at the Resto Bar.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and management, to ensure a cohesive approach to security and uphold the overall quality of service.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Enforce Resto Bar policies and regulations regarding behavior, dress code, alcohol consumption, and other relevant areas to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on security best practices, relevant laws and regulations, and emergency procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties such as standing for long periods, patrolling the premises, and intervening in physical altercations if necessary.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and alcohol service.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and/or security training may be required or preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
