Urgent Hiring Procurement Executive

You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services required for the organization's operations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Sourcing**: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers while maintaining a database of approved vendors.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery schedules, and cost efficiency.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and manage contracts, including terms and conditions, to protect the organization's interests.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Procurement Process Improvement**: Continuously review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Work closely with finance teams to develop and manage the procurement budget effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in procurement, with a track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven procurement decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems for inventory and supplier management.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Adept at negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
- **Ethical Conduct**: High level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
