**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Forward Tracking & Reverse tracking through Vamaship, Ship rocket, Blitz
- COD remittance
- Order pending, Order processing issues, dispatches on uniware
- Daily Stock sheet update
- Customer Care team issues return & dispatches issues follow-up
- Reverse Booking from customer
- Daily Ops & Monthly MIS Report
- Invoices checking of Uniware, Logistics & 3 PL
- Sales return & RTO
- Coordinate with Market places regarding order processing & dispatch
- Checking weight disputes from courier end

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **2 to 3 yrs of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Advance Excel & Uniware Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure & Multi-tasking Skills
- Coordination with Management, Logistics personnel and Market Place Team.

Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary - 30k - 40 k Per Month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
