**Designation**:Business Operation Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for the Dealers and the Fleet Customers.
- **Timely Delivery**: Coordinate deliveries for special occasions like birthdays and weddings, ensuring punctuality on a proper Address.
- **Reporting**:Maintain daily reports on delivery status and challenges faced.
- **Planning**: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan delivery schedules effectively.
- **Redemption Program**:Support the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers & Fleet customers by processing orders and maintaining records.
- **Data Management**: Organize and maintain records of operational activities for easy reference.
- **Support**: Provide assistance to the operations team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
