Looking for a resource that works without looking at the clock and focus on the productivity, and plays a key role in the Organization to optimize the business performance. Should be able to well balance the clients, team and the organization needs. Should be able to maintain the healthy competition in all the aspects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Market research for identifying, listing, framing all the new customers and making a plan for attacking on PAN India base.
- Completely knowing / study about the new customers in totality for self-understanding /self-educating before approaching / penetrating any customer / market.
- Lessoning of allotted existing customers sales with increased service levels. Aiming for maximum sales boost / by adding more products / items from customer maxim share in due course time after management clearance.
- Sales lead generation, costing’s workout, internal approvals, submitting quotes to customer, continue the F/Ups till its negotiation / commercialization of orders. Costing’s / quotes to be given to customers within day time by individual marketing personals & some times less than it.

**Key Skills**

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods, Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices, Excellent communication and people skills, Strong organizational and time-management abilities, Creativity and commercial awareness

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- BBA/MBA in marketing or relevant discipline
- Should behave 3 to 5 years work experience in marketing
