**Job Purpose**

Supporting hospital marketing strategy and execution. Foster relationships with physicians/doctors to improve hospitals referrals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ø Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets by on the field promotion, relation & tie ups.

Ø To assist in formulating marketing strategies with manager and is responsible for implementing them

Ø To assist in developing and presenting relevant business proposals

Ø To coordinate for keeping track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.

Ø Has to meet and maintain relations with key clients

Ø Has to take all the necessary training from the sales manager and others as and when required

Ø Assists with the preparation of the sales reports

Ø Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and must update to the manager towards the proper direction of achieving targets

Ø Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies and business.

Ø consistently track the development of such strategies and their resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Ø Responsible for fair allocation and distribution and achieving of inbound leads

Ø To organize and Co-Ordinate Medical camps

Ø To organize and Co-Ordinate CME’s

**Job Specification**

Ø Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing

Ø Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Marketing

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Representative: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Telugu (preferred)
