**Job Title: Marketing Executive for Sales - Automobile Company**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Devise comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives to increase sales and brand awareness.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and other initiatives to generate leads and drive sales.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, develop sales collateral, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales efforts.
- **Product Launches**: Coordinate product launches and promotional events, including organizing press releases, product demonstrations, and dealer training programs.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
