Job Description # Coal Mine Planner

Location: Singrauli (M.P), Bhubneshwari & Hingula, Bharatpur(Odisha), Amrapali & Magadh (Jharkhand), Dhori, Dhanbad (Jharkhand), Kathara, Bokaro

Need a mine surveyor with at least 5 years’ experience. Should be capable of handling the “Total station “independently and plot the map using software as Autocad and surpac etc.

Nature of work:
Planning, Executing and reporting on Survey with latest tools & providing accurate survey result. Maintaining accurate plans and sections of the mine. Survey and calculate Volume of Coal, Ore & Overburden, and Reconciliation of materials. Survey & calculate Volume of stockpile. Draft maps, drawings and create a database of survey data including development layouts production. Drill mark-ups and miscellaneous layouts. Maintain accurate data/record/documentation.

**Mine Planning**
- Field survey work for preparation of mining plan / mining scheme for all the existing mines & its modification.
- Field survey work for preparation of statutory plans
- To assist for implementation of the project for computerizing the mine planning system.

**2. Mines Exploration**
- Field survey work to develop exploration strategic plan
- Field survey work for exploration in new area

**3. Mines Survey**
- Excavation, volume calculation and certification of the quantum of work
- Organize survey, map preparation & layout of the Greenfield and brown field mines.
- Measurement of Coal stock, coal siding etc.

**Skills**: Knowledge of Mine Planning softwares like Surpac/Minex/Autocad for updating plans and estimation of Reserves. Knowledge of cadestral map.

**Primary Skills**: Mines Development, Total station and surveying software

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mining

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
