AUTOMOTO Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Tele caller to join our team. The ideal
customers, and providing information regarding our genset products and services. The role involves
generating leads, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have
excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and experience in tele calling or sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, provide product information,and address customer inquiries about genset products and services.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to promote our offerings and ensure
- customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and direct them to the appropriate departments when needed.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and qualify leads by actively reaching out to potential clients through calls.
- Maintain and update the lead database and ensure accurate tracking of customer
- interactions.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team based on customer
- interest.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Have a solid understanding of the company's genset products and services to effectively communicate and promote to customers.
- Keep up to date with product specifications, features, and industry trends to confidently answer customer questions.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call statistics, lead generation
Customer Follow-up & Relationship Management:
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products but have not yet converted, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients and maintain positive customer relationships.
Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Track personal performance against set targets and report any challenges to management
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Educational Qualification**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or any related field is a plus.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales-related roles.
- Prior experience in the industrial or engineering sector (preferably related to gensets or machinery) is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and/or regional languages.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or any related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
