**About the team**:
Roku is looking to hire a Tech Talent Sourcer. Roku is combining efforts for both growth and profitability for our next phase, which requires someone like you to continue building out our world-class Devices, Products & Technology teams. This isn’t just a “keeping things moving” organization. As Roku enters new markets and takes on new challenges, we will be looking to you for expertise in talent market mapping and tech talent acquisition.

**About the role**:
We are looking for someone who can provide timely, proactive delivery of qualified prospects and talent pipelines in support of company hiring in Bengaluru, while maintaining a high quality bar set by the business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure continuous delivery of qualified senior tech talent in support of company hiring targets.
- Own robust talent pipelines & qualified prospects within the assigned location and tech stack.
- Launch outreach campaigns, initiates first contact and performs screening calls.
- Suggest and participate in review of new sourcing strategies, tactics and tools.
- Generate insight into talent markets globally and identify trends.

**We’re excited if you have**:

- 3-5 years of experience in tech talent acquisition, with a mix of both search firm and in-house environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies.
- Experience with our TA tech stack: GreenHouse, Linkedin Recruiter, HireEZ, TalentWall will be a plus.
