**Title**:Inbound Talent Sourcer

**Summary of Role**:
**Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with TA closely to align on role scope, responsibilities, and requirements
- Assist in the build, and execution of, a playbook to filter applicants in or out, based on objective, quantifiable criteria
- Set up initial conversations with applicants
- Be the main POC for referrals for assigned coverage area
- Provide high touch experience for both the referrer and the referred
- Maintain and track a pipeline of referrals to ensure follow up and accountability for recruiters
- Recommend enhancements and process improvement as we build this out

**Required Qualifications:
- Desire and motivation to learn the recruiting profession
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Comfort with technology. We use multiple platforms (ATS, excel, etc). We can teach.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- 1+ years recruiting related experience or similar preferred
