**Job Description: Tenders and HR Work**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tenders and Exports**:

- Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of private and government tenders.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with the required specifications.
- Coordinate export processes, including managing documentation, logistics coordination, and ensuring adherence to export regulations.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and institutions, to support successful tender bids.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of tenders and projects, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

**HR Operations (Secondary)**:

- Assist in HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Participate in employee training, development programs, and performance management initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues as required.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and organize all tender and export documentation.
- Prepare reports and track tender progress, employee performance, and HR metrics.
- Ensure all internal policies and external legal requirements are adhered to.

**Business Development**:

- Build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to support tender and export initiatives.
- Actively engage in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through tender processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience with tender processes, export documentation, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, government, and private tender protocols.
- Familiarity with export regulations and procedures.
- Basic HR knowledge with an understanding of employee management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.

**Salary and Benefits**

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and performance during the internship period.

**Internship Period**: ₹10,000/month plus incentives for successful tender completion while working full-time.
