- Supervise clinical training, patient care demonstrations, and student internships.

**Academic & Clinical Support**:

- Participate in curriculum development and teaching plan preparation.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to **INC / PNRC** norms and institutional guidelines.

**Professional Development**:

- Engage in seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching quality.
- Support senior faculty and contribute to departmental academic activities.
