- **B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing** (with specialization preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years of teaching/clinical experience**.
- Sound knowledge of nursing concepts, clinical procedures, and pedagogy.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate students in both theory and practice.
- Registration with the respective State Nursing Council (as per norms).
