**Job Title**: Clinical Instructor - Nursing
**Location**: SPHE College of Nursing, Gharuan
**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing with valid Punjab Nursing Registration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **theory classes** for B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, and ANM students.
- Supervise and guide students during **clinical training** in affiliated hospitals.
- Work with students across **all three hospital shifts** (morning, evening, night) as per clinical duty roster.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure effective training and learning outcomes.
- Maintain clinical records and reports related to student performance.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Sc. Nursing** degree from a recognized institution.
- **Registered with Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC)**.
- Minimum **1 year of teaching or clinical experience**.
- Good communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts for clinical supervision.
