The Steward/Runner is responsible for setting up the restaurant for service, ensuring

cleanliness, and assisting the team in exceeding guest service expectations.

Responsibilities include:

- Clean designated areas according to hygiene requirements and set up tables with clean,

undamaged items.
- Clear tables and reset them after guests have left, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for

the next service.
- Assist guests with their needs, such as serving water upon request.
- Deliver used crockery and glassware to the wash-up area and ensure the timely cleaning

of tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Follow safety protocols and complete necessary safety training.
- Support team members in achieving common goals and ensuring a smooth operation.
- Announce and serve food orders to guests at the table.
- Communicate availability and non-availability of kitchen items to the Captain.
