Kochi, India Educational Consultants Full time

Deliver comprehensive training in medical coding to students at various levels, including beginners and experienced professionals adhering to the training time lines.
- Provide instruction on various coding systems, such as ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
- Assess trainee performance by conducting periodic assessments and give regular constructive feedback to support their learning and progress.
- Should be able to Identify individual coder development needs and provide targeted coaching and mentoring.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules and hands-on practice.
- Stay updated on current coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to ensure training content reflects the latest coding practices and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

- **Minimum 1 year experience in training sectors.**:

- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems and guidelines (e.g., ICD-10-CM, CPT)
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**.
