As the driving force behind revenue generation, a successful Sales Executive is a critical role within Browzwear. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious team player to help us expand our client base in India.
**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager based in Singapore, you will be required to travel frequently within India, to Singapore, and around South Asia.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Adopt and execute growth strategy to achieve aggressive revenue goals
- In the designated territory or territories, own the sales process from prospecting through closure and understanding the process
- Leverage on tech stack to scale up outbound lead engagement and generation
- Conduct research into organizations and individuals to build strong pipelines through new customers/leads, create new sales opportunities with these leads
- Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making
- Be deeply attuned to the needs of a potential/customer and tailor proposals for clients
- Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to provide excellent after-sales support
- Meet productivity and sales budget metrics as per management team’s directions
- Focus on creating good relationships with all key prospects and clients
- Build and document sales activities in Salesforce
- Prepare and engage in Sales team status meetings
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales
- At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS or fashion/apparel industry
- Exposure to an international working environment
- Fluent English written and spoken skills
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a self-starting environment
- Able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Results-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bonus: Sound understanding of fashion technology
- Bonus: Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot
