**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive sales for solar products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy and marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India.
- Occasional travel may be required for industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
