We are looking for a **dedicated and detail-oriented** individual to join our team as an **Office Assistant**. This is an excellent opportunity for a **recent graduate** or someone new to the workforce with strong skills in **MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**, along with **proficiency in English**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, edit, and format **documents, reports, and presentations** using MS Office tools.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality formatting across all materials.
- Prepare and organize **notes and documentation** effectively.
- Adhere to formatting guidelines for various documents and presentations.
- Design **visually engaging infographics** to present information effectively.
- Assist in organizing and managing data using spreadsheet software.
- Maintain a high level of **accuracy and attention to detail** in all tasks.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
**Qualifications**
- Educational background in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**.
- Strong command of **English (written and verbal)**.
- Basic knowledge of **note-taking, presentation creation, formatting, and infographics**.
- Excellent **organizational and time management** skills.
- Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** in a team.
- A strong sense of **commitment and responsibility** toward assigned tasks.
