**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed fresh graduates from **B.Com, M.Com, or commerce-related backgrounds** to join our Insurance team as **Full-Time Insurance Interns**. This opportunity offers hands-on training in international insurance operations and exposure to real-time client processes within the Australian insurance domain.

You will assist with insurance policy processing, data entry, documentation, and compliance while working in a professional and collaborative office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Insurance Operations Support**
- Assist in preparing policy quotes, renewals, and endorsements
- Learn to manage compliance and policy documentation
- Support processing on platforms such as SCTP, Sunrise, and Insight

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Verify uploaded policy data for accuracy
- Assist in generating standard communications and documentation
- Maintain records in CRM and internal systems

**Training & Development**
- Understand various insurance lines: Domestic, Commercial, and Transport
- Attend internal sessions on industry terms and workflows
- Learn tools like Zoho, Outlook, SharePoint, Insight

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interest in learning insurance and compliance processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow professionally
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Fresh graduates from:

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Master of Commerce (M.Com)
- Other commerce-related fields

No prior experience required. A willingness to learn and grow is essential.

**Work Schedule & Expectations**:

- Full-time, in-office position (Mohali)
- Monday to Friday - Day shift
- Adherence to company policies and professional standards
- Opportunity for full-time employment after internship, based on performance
