This role focuses on creating professional documents, coordinating content, and providing administrative support while gaining hands-on experience with MS Word and Canva.

Key Responsibilities

Document & Content Creation

  • Prepare well-structured documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for academic and business use.
  • Conduct research to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with project goals.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine materials to maintain high standards of clarity and quality.

Canva Design Assistance

  • Create presentations, posters, and digital content using Canva.
  • Help design infographics, charts, and other visuals for reports and online platforms.
  • Work with the team to ensure visual elements enhance and support written content.

Student Support & Market Insights

  • Respond promptly and effectively to online student queries.
  • Stay updated on commerce and business trends through regular research.
  • Share insights and participate actively in team discussions.
  • Assist with marketing evaluations and prepare reports to support upcoming strategies.

Learning & Development

  • Receive practical training in content creation, visual design, and administrative tools to build a strong professional foundation.

Candidate Profile

  • Final-year B.Com/M.Com students or recent graduates.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about working collaboratively.
