Who can join our organization immediately and assist our potential clients by providing excellent knowledge and information about the services offered and performing quality checks on generated leads.

- Calling techniques on prospects and persuading a potential customer to enroll in a product or service.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Follow the scripts and probe to target better.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

**Skills Required:

English communication, Basic Microsoft office, Quick Learner.
- Excellent Communication.
- Must be fluent in the English Language.
- Mature and polite behaviour with customers.
- Good in interaction with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
