**Job description**
- Act as single Point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.
- Maintain, grow and build long term relationship with Customers and overseas agents.
- Research for rates and routes to get competitive rates for Air & Ocean export & import/FCL/LCL
- Understanding of freight rates for various shipping routes and transportation modes.
- Procuring prices for enquiries received from sales team by liaising with shipping lines/NVOCC.
- Guiding the sales team by providing best competitive, economic profitable solutions.
- Ensuring space availability and solving out equipment and space problems with carriers.
- Analyzing RFQs receiving from customers and responds to them with pricing solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in export and import operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and EXIM documentation.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of national and international INCO Terms, EXIM Policies, Customs Procedures, and Export Promotion Schemes in India.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret EXIM data, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive working relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
