
Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client and Customer Support**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Coordination & Documentation**:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documentation, contracts, and orders.
- Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organized manner.
- **Sales Process Support**:
- Track and follow up on leads, RFQs, submit quotes, follow up sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow from order initiation to fulfillment.
- **Customer Service Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, or special requests effectively.
- **Sales Reporting and CRM Management**:
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- **Other Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders professionally.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- **MS Office Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft for data analysis, reporting, and tracking purposes.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage and prioritize client needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
