Must Have

Technical lead with development experience in D365 CRM, having worked on the D365 CRM product extensively and done multiple implementations.

Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects. Knowledge and understanding of business processes in CRM

Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CE - client-side and server-side customization. Expertise in plugins, custom actions, flows and Dataverse.

Integration using Web Service/ Web API experience.

Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment process

Microsoft Azure knowledge and experience building Azure Solutions (App Services, Functions, KeyVault)

Experience of data integration and data migration projects

Good Communication skills and able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.

Experience with Code Repository

Should have worked in projects based on Agile methodologies

Good to have

Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps for Dynamics CRM

North52 experience
