Set up and secure workpieces and tooling on the VMC.

Install and align cutting tools in the machine's tool holders.

Calibrate machine settings such as speeds, feeds, and offsets.

Develop and modify VMC programs.

Interpret engineering drawings to create accurate machining programs.

Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain records of machining parameters, tool changes, and measurements.

This role requires technical expertise in machine setup and programming (CAM), as well as a strong attention to detail for quality control.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the VMC.

Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively. provide insights for process improvements.

Strong knowledge of VMC programming

Basic machine maintenance abilities.

Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹281,764.56 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Programming: 4 years (required)
