**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop VMC programs for vertical machining centres based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Set up and develop parts on VMCs, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Interpret and analyse technical drawings to determine machining sequences and tooling requirements.
- Conduct test runs of programs to validate accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, and changes made during production.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to programming or machining processes.
- Feasibility & Cycle time calculations as per engineering drawing.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or relevant experience in VMC programming, manufacturing technology.
- Proven experience as a VMC Programmer. ( 2D and 3D)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (HxGn & Worknc ).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and setup procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
