**Sales Executive - Insurance**

**Department**:Sales & Insurance Services**

**Location: Prayagraj**

**Reporting to: Sales Manager / Branch Head**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:
Promote and sell various insurance products (Life, Health, General, Motor) to walk-inand referred customers.Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, and cross-sell from the existingcustomer base.Achieve monthly and quarterly insurance sales targets.
**2. Customer Handling**:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.Explain policy features, terms, and premium details clearly to customers.Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
**3. Process Management**:
**4. Reporting & Coordination**:
Maintain accurate records of sales leads and follow-ups.Provide regular MIS and updates to the reporting manager.Collaborate with branch teams and channel partners to enhance insurance business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline (Insurance certification preferred).1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in NBFCs or banks.

Good knowledge of Life/Health/General insurance products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
