**Job Overview**

We’re hiring a **Marketing Executive cum Executive Assistant** to work directly with the Founder. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong content, design, and coordination skills who is equally comfortable with creative tasks and business follow-ups.

**Responsibilities**

**Marketing (60%)**
- Manage LinkedIn & Instagram pages for the brand
- Build monthly content calendars with product education, storytelling, testimonials, and founder insights
- Coordinate with vendors for website revamp, sample box designs, packaging updates
- Assist in marketing automation content and CRM maintenance
- Prepare kits and content for exhibitions, conclaves, and brand campaigns

**Executive Assistance (40%)**
- Maintain the Founder’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Share daily task priorities and follow up on pending items
- Convert voice notes into actionable communication and to-do lists
- Coordinate with the internal team and external vendors
- Follow up on buyer interactions and ensure timely responses

**Required Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, executive support, or similar hybrid roles
- Excellent English & Hindi communication (verbal + written)
- Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and basic design tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable handling multitasking between creative & administrative duties
- Prior experience in wellness, FMCG, or nutraceutical sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
