Job Description - Tele Caller Outbound Sales

LOCATION - Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him

buying the best plan (On Call)
- High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target

independently
- Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
- Should be prepared and Insightful
- Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes
- Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 Month experience
- Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English
- Only Graduates
- Should be passionate for growth and Incentive
- Should not be more than 30 years of age
- Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
- Should be open to work from office
- Salary offered from 18K to 28K per month
- Fresher - 15K-16K per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
