**Job Summary**:
As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in our organization's customer service and sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, answer their queries, and persuade them to take specific actions, such as purchasing products or services, scheduling appointments, or participating in surveys.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Place outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, or to collect information.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

**Product Knowledge**: Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

**Information Gathering**: Collect relevant information from customers and prospects for lead generation and follow-up.

**Objection Handling**: Address customer objections and concerns, providing clear and persuasive responses.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives, if required.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's database or CRM system.

**Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in telemarketing, including Do-Not-Call regulations and data privacy laws.

**Targets**: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets, as defined by the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
- Persuasive and results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is a plus.
