**RemoteVAPH** is seeking a skilled and motivated Revit BIM 360 Drafter and Estimator to join our remote team. As a Revit BIM 360 Drafter and Estimator, you will play a vital role in estimating, performing takeoffs, and creating accurate drafts for various projects. This is a work-from-home position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST **(Night Shift).**

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
- Experience using Bluebeam software for plan reading and markups.
- Familiarity with Planswift for performing takeoffs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and calculations.
- Knowledge of Revit BIM 360 for 3D modeling and project coordination.
- Willingness to learn Planswift software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate drafts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Use Bluebeam software to read plans, make markups, and collaborate with team members.
- Perform takeoffs using Planswift software to estimate quantities of materials required for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and calculations using Microsoft Excel to ensure precise estimates.
- Utilize Revit BIM 360 for 3D modeling and project coordination as needed.
- Maintain organized records of project estimates, including detailed breakdowns of materials and quantities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any questions or concerns regarding estimates and drafts.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver accurate estimates and drafts in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹49,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
