We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the vital link between our clients' vision and our manufacturing and installation capabilities. You will be responsible for developing design concepts that are not only aesthetically stunning but also technically feasible, functional, and aligned with our production strengths. You will manage projects from the initial client briefing through to the final handover, ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout.

Design & Conceptualization:

  • Lead client consultations to understand their needs, objectives, budget, and brand identity.
  • Develop and present compelling design concepts, including mood boards, material palettes, and spatial planning.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Generate 3D visualizations and renderings to provide clients with a realistic preview of the proposed design.

2. Technical Documentation & Detailing:

  • Produce comprehensive and accurate construction drawing sets and technical packages for fit-out works.
  • Create detailed shop drawings for all custom-made furniture and millwork, specifying materials, dimensions, finishes, and hardware.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards (for commercial projects).
  • Collaborate closely with our manufacturing workshop to ensure designs are optimized for production, considering material constraints, assembly methods, and cost-efficiency.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM Software: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD are mandatory. Strong experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp (with V-Ray/Enscape), Revit, or 3ds Max is required.
  • Technical Detailing: Strong ability to produce precise construction and shop drawings with a deep understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and joinery techniques.
  • Knowledge of Codes & Standards: Familiarity with local building codes, ADA/accessibility guidelines (for commercial projects), and industry standards.
  • Visualization: Proficiency in creating realistic 3D renderings and presentations using relevant software.

  • A minimum of [3-5] years of professional experience in interior architecture, with a proven portfolio showcasing both commercial and residential projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating technical drawings for custom furniture and cabinetry is essential.
