**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, wedding planners, and other team members to understand the vision, theme, and requirements for the wedding set.
- Design intricate and stylish wedding set layouts, incorporating elements like floral arrangements, furniture, props, and décor.
- Create mood boards, 3D models, and detailed blueprints for set designs.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, and color schemes that align with the client’s vision while considering functionality and aesthetics.
- Oversee the construction, setup, and breakdown of the wedding set on-site, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality design elements are procured and delivered on time.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s design standards and policies, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Ensure the wedding set design complies with safety standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on event, wedding, or set design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and elegant wedding set designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, lighting, and materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with large-scale wedding or event sets.
- Knowledge of cultural and traditional wedding décor elements.
- Experience in floral and prop design.
