**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and a love for skincare. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals that elevate our brand across various platforms, from social media to packaging and promotional materials. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s identity and connecting with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand identity.
- **Promotional Materials**: Create visually compelling marketing collateral, including banners, brochures, and event materials.
- **Product Launches**: Support new product launches with cohesive graphics, from promotional assets to point-of-sale materials.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, especially within skincare and beauty, to inspire innovative and relevant design concepts.
- **Consistency & Quality**: Ensure all visuals are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- **Aesthetic**: Strong visual sense with an eye for clean, modern, and engaging design that resonates with skincare and beauty audiences.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas that elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to design work, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- **Portfolio**: A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially within skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Understanding of skincare industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,789.28 per month
