**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer** with **3-4 years of professional experience** to transform ideas into impactful visuals. This role demands an innovative thinker who can design across varied domains—**from real estate marketing visuals to tech-driven branding campaigns and hospital promotions**.

You’ll collaborate closely with our strategy and marketing teams to design content that not only looks stunning but also resonates with the audience and drives engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually compelling graphics for **real estate brochures, property campaigns, digital ads, websites, and social media**.
- Create branding and promotional materials for **IT companies, hospitals, and product-based businesses**.
- Develop **layout structures, illustrations, and motion graphics** aligned with each brand’s voice and identity.
- Work with marketing and content teams to **enhance storytelling** through design and strategic visuals.
- Edit and enhance **images, videos, and UI/UX design components** when needed.
- Stay current with **design trends, digital innovations, and branding techniques** to ensure fresh, high-quality output.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in Graphic Design, preferably in **real estate, digital marketing, or branding agencies**.
- **Tools**: Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent sense of **typography, colour theory, and composition**.
- Ability to convert conceptual ideas into **engaging and conversion-driven visuals**.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and strong visualization skills.
- Bonus: Experience with **motion design, 3D graphics, or UI/UX layouts**.

**Job Details**
- **Location**: Mega Hills, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office
- **Working Days**: Monday - Saturday
- **Timings**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
