**Job Description: Graphic Designer at Shelf Merch**

**About Us**:At Shelf Merch, we are a pioneering social commerce company that empowers influencers, brands, and organizations to kickstart their merchandise lines. Our mission is to bring creativity to life as we print and deliver a wide array of apparel products, including t-shirts, hoodies, cups, mugs, accessories, hats, mats, and more.

**Responsibilities**:As a Graphic Designer at Shelf Merch, you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, ensuring our brand and products stand out. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Design Expertise**: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva is a must. You should have the ability to swiftly adapt to new design technologies and trends.

**Diverse Design Projects**: Create visually stunning T-shirt designs, website banners, eye-catching ad creatives, engaging social media posts, and various promotional materials.

**Production Speed**: Drive productivity by consistently delivering high-quality designs. Aim to produce 30-40 designs daily, optimizing our marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
- **Design Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your creative talent and expertise.
- **Proven Track Record**: Evidence of previous design work that demonstrates your skills and accomplishments.
- **Leadership Skills**: Effective communication and teamwork abilities, as you'll collaborate closely with our creative team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
