**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **creative and dynamic Graphic Designer** to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for designing engaging and high-quality visuals for social media, websites, ads, and branding materials. Your work will play a key role in enhancing our clients' brand presence and marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **logos, infographics, brochures, and other branding materials** for clients.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop eye-catching visuals that align with campaign goals.
- Develop animated graphics, GIFs, and motion visuals for social media and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials for multiple clients.
- Optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring fast load times and high quality.
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of **social media design trends, ad creatives, and digital marketing assets**.
- Experience with **motion graphics and basic video editing** (After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Understanding of **brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design**.
- Ability to **work on multiple projects** and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **Canva, Figma, or Sketch** for UI/UX design.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS**, or web design principles.
- Familiarity with **SEO and conversion-driven design strategies**.
- Experience working in an **agency environment** with multiple brands.
