Back Office Executive

1) Send Mailers to All Existing customers on respective products, as well as company profile.
2) Develop new enquiries by sending mails to new potential customers, buy searching data from Local industrial directory.
3) Send Company E-Letters / News Letters / Whatsapp Videos/ Any other E-Promotional materials to existing & Potential customers.
4) Develop New dealers in entire Gujarat for retailing of our existing products.
5) Develop new dealers in entire western region ( All industrially developed cities )for EasyLube product.
6) Maintain Area wise / Product wise / Engineer wise - Complete data base of existing + Potential customers.
7) Explore Export market for our Specific Product range
8) Business development through various Government / Non
- Government tenders.
9) Sales order /Quotation on ERP System.
10) Generate various MIS reports from ERP
11) 100 % Implementation of ERP in Organization before 31st March 2019
12) Weekly Review with Sales Engineer / Management on Quotation submitted.
13) Maintain Sales records of Business Generated through E-Marketing activities.
14) E-Greetings to Customers on Festivals
**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
