Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels of all publications. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Printing Coordination: Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure timely and accurate printing of publications. Monitor and manage the printing schedule to meet publication deadlines.
- Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure raw materials and finished goods. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and inventory data. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, printing schedules, and supply chain performance using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures for all printed materials. Inspect samples to ensure they meet required standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to understand publication requirements. Provide training and guidance to junior staff.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management and printing processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and any inventory management software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,129.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
