Job Title: Business Associate (International BPO - US Healthcare Process)

Location: Saket, South Delhi

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Associate to join our dynamic team in the US healthcare process. This is a target-driven role that requires expertise in sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively communicate with international clients (US healthcare process).

2. Utilize strong negotiation and presentation skills to close sales deals.

3. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.

4. Maintain and update records using CRM tools to track performance.

5. Provide exceptional service to build and sustain client relationships.

6. Collaborate with the team and participate in training sessions to improve performance.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.

**Experience**:
Minimum 6+ months in sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

Prior experience with US processes and healthcare systems is mandatory.

**Skills**:Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

1. Screening: Initial screening will assess English proficiency and overall eligibility.

2. Interview Rounds:
First Round: Telephonic interview.

Subsequent rounds as per the selection process.
