**Job Title: Librarian**

**Responsibilities**:
**Setting up and Managing Libraries**:

- Organize and maintain library resources, including books, periodicals, digital media, and educational materials.
- Create an inviting and organized library space for students and staff.
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures.
- Curate relevant and age-appropriate reading materials.

**Library Information Management System (LIMS)**:

- Proficiency in using LIMS software to catalog, track, and manage library resources efficiently.
- Assist students and teachers in accessing and utilizing library materials.

**Cultivating a Love for Reading**:

- Promote reading programs, book clubs, and literary events.
- Encourage students to explore diverse genres and authors.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate reading into the curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- **Masters or Bachelors in Library Science**.
- Passion for literature, education, and fostering a reading culture.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Transportation**:

- Transportation to and from the school premises will be provided.
